Shukdeva Krishna College of Education for Girls, Moga is a premium teacher training institution established in 2005 by Shri Krishna Educational Society. The college has completed fourteen Years of excellent service in the field of teacher education and has carved a special position for itself in the educational superstructure by virtue of students glorious achievements in the sphere of academic and non academic activities. This revered institute is running B.Ed. programme (150 seats per year) affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh as well as ETT Programme(100 seats per year) affiliated to SCERT Mohali. The institution’s vision is “Achieve to Excel and Excel to Achieve” and hence the goals set by our institution reflect the ambition and the mission set by our ancestors, which we follow. It is an honour to tell you that college was re-accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC, Banglore in Sept. 2014.
The chief aim of college is to bring out aware and well informed women. Moreover, as it is well understood that educating a woman leads to educating the complete family, so this institute promises to fulfill the aim to a great extent. It provides ample opportunities to girl students to sharpen their cognitive, conative as well as other soft skills.
